Andrew has been consulting and training in the Information Technology industry for the last 6 years. 

Capabilities include business analysis, e-commerce workshop facilitation and delivery, project development and management, web site analysis and planning including content structuring and management. 

A broad conceptual knowledge of the internet and e-commerce business practices combined with technical outsourcing and management generally enables smooth project implementation.

Expertise in managing the development of online electronic commerce solutions for industry and individual business, incorporating global electronic trading, messaging services, Internet and Intranet services and networked solutions.

Business analysis and consultancy activities usually take the following steps.. 

  • Conduct a detailed review of the company business communication processes
  • Deliver in house business / e-business (swot) workshops identifying areas for improvement in relation to company business practices
  • Identify areas of opportunity in relation to e-commerce / e-business activities
  • Conduct a company technology audit to identify hardware /software infrastructure and skill set (computer and network environment needs) and areas for improvement
  • Review the company business communication channels and identify strategies to streamline the current communication, marketing and transaction processes and channels
  • Written reports covering information flow, priority of information, technology and software environment determining what information flows through the client organisation, who is responsible for generating it, who needs to receive it and in what format.  The report also looks at the current computer environment to analyse what technology tools are available and how they are being used
  • Based on the initial training, analysis and report we will analyse any current deficiencies and make recommendations for improving the communications processes with the client. These recommendations will spell out what needs to be done, who will be responsible for doing it, what pre-requisites there may be to carry out these actions, and what the results will be
  • Conduct project management. Work with preferred providers of technical, design and e-commerce fulfilment products and services
  • Where projects require web site analysis and development, manage all planning and content structuring tasks
