The e-Commerce Advantage Program is structured to deliver results to small to medium sized enterprises by providing:



  • eCommerce awareness and business expansion workshops.
  • An individual information technology (IT) and eCommerce audit which will result in the development of an individual IT strategy which will complement and identify appropriate technical options as inputs to existing business plans.
  • Individual eCommerce action plans at critical stages of the program.
  • Hands on one-to-one, face-to-face training, support and mentoring throughout the program
  • Online services  and support as provided by:
      • e-Commerce Advantage
      • SMEs own Industry Association
  • Networking opportunities with:
      • Other SMEs involved in the program who are at a similar level with their eCommerce understanding and development.
      • Other SMEs involved in the AUSe.NET initiative across Australia.
  • Access to:
      • e-Commerce service providers via the AUSe.NET Capabilities Register available from AUSe.NET’s web site and online services (AUSe.NET Online).
      • Global industry, legal and other business resources and information via links from Metro Net and AUSe.NET web sites.
      • Online and other business services provided by the Department of State and Regional Development, appropriate Industry Associations and the private sector.
      • An individual eCommerce project and implementation plan.
