The e-Commerce Advantage Program has been structured
to meet the needs of small businesses
The Program consists of 3 modules.
At the end of the program the participant will be supported to enhance their IT
e-Commerce infrastructure. Regular contact will be made with the client to ensure
that their initiatives and projects are progressing in a timely manner.
Total hours per participant: 24 hours plus hotline support for participants as
required.

An individual IT e-commerce audit will be
developed with the participant. On completion, this
module equips the business with an in depth view of their current status and a much
clearer idea of what is required to achieve certain e-commerce goals along with the dollar
amounts associated with these steps. |

marketing and promotion.
- The participant will enhance their e-Commerce business
plan based on the audit process.
