The e-Commerce Advantage Program has been structured to meet the needs of small businesses

The Program consists of 3 modules.

Module 1, Module 2, Module 3

At the end of the program the participant will be supported to enhance their IT , e-Commerce infrastructure. Regular contact will be made with the client to ensure that their initiatives and projects are progressing in a timely manner.

 

Structure

  • e-Commerce awareness and business expansion workshops (AUSeNET  SME Workshops)

  • An individual Information Technology (IT) commerce audit which will result in the development of an individual IT strategy which will complement and identify appropriate technical options as inputs to existing business plans

  • Individual e-Commerce action plans at critical stages of the program

  • Hands on one-to-one, face-to-face training, support and mentoring throughout the program

Group
  • e-Commerce awareness will be raised.
  • The participant will understand e-Commerce business communication processes.
  • The participant will clearly identify e-commerce opportunities within their business infrastructure.
  • The participant will develop an e-Commerce business plan to suit their level of operation.

2.00pm – 5.30pm Practical Workshop 1 Group
  • Skill acquisition, Email, The Browser, online e-commerce and discuss select e-Commerce case studies.
  • Demystifying hardware & software

2 9am –5.30pm Individual Technology audit Group An individual IT e-commerce audit will be developed with the participant

On completion, this module equips the business with an in depth view of their current status and a much clearer idea of what is required to achieve certain e-commerce goals along with the dollar amounts associated with these steps.

"Getting more out of the Internet for your Business"

Group
  • Participants will isolate all weaknesses in their e-Commerce infrastructure.
  • Participants will implement strategies to address those issues.
  • Participants will clearly understand e-Commerce business communication channels.
  • Participants will clearly understand e-Commerce business marketing and promotion.
  • The participant will enhance their  e-Commerce business plan based on the audit process.
