  • Participants will understand what is meant by e-commerce.
  • Participants will understand how e-commerce is currently being used.
  • Participants will determine the needs of their business related to computer use and e-commerce.
  • Participants will clearly understand e-commerce businesses communication processes.
  • Participants will clearly understand e-commerce communication channels.
  • Participants will clearly identify their strengths and weaknesses in relation to hardware/software and skills by participating in an individual e-commerce audit.
  • Participants will identify the next step for their business by the completion of action plans at critical stages of the program.
  • Participants will have hands on experience with e-mail use in business, internet familiarization, search engines, electronic marketing and promotion, business to business transactions, online security and web management.

Not only will participants be more aware of WHY and HOW e-commerce will make an impact on their business, they will also know:

WHERE - they will do it

WHAT - they will need to do

WHEN - they will do it

WHO - will do it for them
